Do you accept international credit cards?

We accept international credit cards; however, when placing your order, you must enter the international billing address that is linked to your credit card.

When will my credit card be charged ?

Your card will be charged when you place your order.

Is this PurseBopFrocks.com secure?

All the transactions made on PurseBopFrocks.com are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with “https” indicates that you are in a secure setting and your debit/credit card number is encrypted. All information related to the payment process, including credit card details, will not be stored on our site after your payment has been processed, unless you authorize us to.

Orders

Do I need to create an account?

You do not have to create one but it advised to keep track of your purchases and future notifications.

How do I track my order?

You can access shipping information by logging in to your account to check status and delivery. Each order will be accompanied by a tracking number which you will receive by email.

What is the return policy?

As each Frock is bespoke, we do not offer refunds for purchases. All sales are final. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before making your purchase. In the rare case there is a problem with your piece, an exchange will be offered for the same style only. Any concerns must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes, we are delighted to offer complimentary worldwide shipping, however any taxes or import duties imposed by your country will be paid by the receiver. We use FedEx for domestic shipping here in the US and DHL for all international orders.
